WOW!! Is how I describe it! As soon as Beverly (amazing server) said any pizza can be made into a calzone I was happy. The cheesy bread ohhhh so cheesy! Was there to celebrate my mom's 82nd birthday...her favorite restaurant. Thank you MM staff, we'll be back
Food is excellent but service is a little slow. I know it takes some time to cook pizza and it’s definitely worth the wait.
We love Mellow Mushroom since we discovered their delicious pizza 9 years ago. Crazy thing , at this one, they wouldn't let my husband order a pitcher of beer just for himself. I have no clue why, I said, " Bring a glass for me," even though I do not drink beer. That saved the night, my husband got his pitcher of beer to enjoy, all by himself. I never heard of such a rule and can't fathom a reason for it. The pizza was delicious. Our server was not having his best night, or maybe he was new at the job, but he was great anyway, upbeat and friendly. He'd written his name on a napkin, so we'd remember, which was a neat idea, but his name & my sons were the same, and my son wasn't paying attention during the introduction, then was boggled at how his name was written on the napkin, that was a good laugh, which just made the night better. We had some delicious pizza to take home, love leftover pizza
We had a great experience at Mellow Mushroom with a family of 5. Michelle was wonderful, funny, and and provided us great service despite being busy. The food and drinks were great.
First of all, our server, Michelle, was AMAZING! So personable and did a great job! The ladies at the hostess stand were so friendly when we walked in. The food, decor and cleanliness were top notch! We highly recommend this restaurant!
We've never had a bad time here. Great food, phenomenal service. Our bartenders Zac and Zeke went above and beyond, was fun and helped us being spontaneous with picking out my finace's beer, which he loved. You can tell they pour a lot of love into their art and we're here for it! We also love Cody as a bartender for the same reason. When it's date night, we always go to mellow. We know that we're going to get treated right, we're going to get a good deal, and we're going to enjoy our time no matter what. Our choice of a date day/night anytime.
I’ve been coming here to mellow mushroom’s every chance I get since my buddy took me in 2009. I miss the Lexington location but this location is just a bit further and is worth it. The food was spectacular as always. Their other food maybe good as well but I’ve only had the Maui wowie 10/10 and the spinach dip 10/10.
We went here around lunchtime and were sat immediately. The ambience is amazing, the restaurant is so clean, and everyone was so friendly and kind. Our server, Beverly, was perfect. The food was wonderful and the portions huge. This is my first visit to a Mellow Mushroom and I’m really blown away.
